The owners of Tuscan Sun Property Management share 99 years experience in property management. We are not only business owners but also investors ourselves and will manage your investment like it is our own.

We know what it takes to keep vacancies low with our aggressive marketing program as well as maintaining a very tenant friendly application process. Our office is open during the lunch hour for tenants’ convenience. We encourage you to research the tenant portion of our website to see how thorough it is.  Everything a rental applicant needs to know about the application process is outlined on our website.  Applicants are able to apply online as well as pay their application fee online (reasonable $35 app fee) or are welcome to come to our office.

Existing tenants are able to pay their rent or report any needed maintenance issues online.  It is our goal to have satisfied residents that recognize they are well cared for, thereby reducing turn overs which in turn increases your income.
