    Tuscan Sun proudly offers property management services in Redding, Shasta Lake City, Palo Cedro, Millville, Anderson and Cottonwood.

    Northern California is our home, and we want to share all it has to offer. Our hometown is known for its natural beauty, captivating scenery, outdoor recreation, culture, and community. For those who love boating, Shasta County is home to Shasta Lake. Created by the impressive Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake is the largest lake in California and offers exciting fishing and water sports opportunities. We highly recommend a tour of Shasta Dam and of the Lake Shasta Caverns National Natural Landmark. 


    We also have the beautiful Sacramento River flowing through our town, featuring great fishing, the Sundial Bridge and the Turtle Bay Museum and Exploration Park. Only one hour north of Redding you will find Mt. Shasta ski park for winter recreation and summer hiking, biking, kayaking and paddle boarding.


    Head east of Redding for just over an hour and you will find Lassen Volcanic National Park and Burney Falls. The National Park annual pass for Lassen also works for the beautiful lake in the Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, which is located just ten minutes west of Redding. Head west past Whiskeytown Lake for an hour to explore the Trinity Alps or take a river rafting trip on the Trinity River. And if you are craving a beach day, it is only a beautiful three-hour drive to the coast.  Redding is labeled the sunniest city in California and is noted as TIME magazine’s US Capital of Kayaking as well as one of Forbes’ Top 10 Trout-Fishing towns. 


    We recommend a visit to the newly revitalized Downtown Redding Hub. Check out the Food Trucks at the Park for live music and games, the Iconic Cascade Theatre for a show, Final Draft Brewery for patio dining, Gather Downtown for locally created items and many more unique places to shop, relax and dine.
